Márcia is a founding partner at Content4u Editorial. She holds a BA in Social Sciences, an RSA Diploma (Diploma for Overseas Teachers of English), a Master’s degree in Language Studies, and an Executive MBA. She worked at Cultura Inglesa - RJ as an English teacher, branch coordinator and manager, and as an academic coordinator from 1986 to 2001. In 2002, she started her editorial career at Learning Factory, the publishing house of Cultura Inglesa – RJ, where she edited and developed content for various ELT series. In 2017, she became a freelance professional working as an editor and content creator for Richmond Publishing, Santillana Education, and International School, where she developed print and digital materials for a wide range of levels and age groups. In 2020, she was awarded the ELTons for Excellence in Course Innovation as the co-editor of New Magic Minds series.
